General Provisions

These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Eunitecidos Lda and any person of legal age who consults the eunitecidos.pt website and makes a purchase through it.

Placing an order on eunitecidos.pt implies express acceptance of these conditions.

Eunitecidos Lda reserves the right to amend these conditions of use and sale without prior notice. Therefore, the applicable conditions are those in force at eunitecidos.pt on the date the order is placed.

General Conditions of Sale

The eunitecidos.pt online shop is an e-commerce site dedicated to national and international sales to private individuals.

If you have any doubts or questions about selling products through the site, you can contact us by email (info@eunitecidos.pt), telephone or chat available on the site itself.

When you visit the site or send us an e-mail, you are communicating with us electronically. In this way, the User accepts that, for the purposes of this contract, any communications are also made by us electronically, thus satisfying all the legal requirements inherent in the written form. Please note that this does not limit your legal rights, particularly as a consumer.

The products on sale are not covered by any campaign, discount or coupon.

*Free postage only applies to deliveries in mainland Portugal and Spain.

Products

The products on sale are those shown in the online catalogue available at eunitecidos.pt.

There is a limit to the sale of products and their availability is limited to existing stock.

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. The photographs and texts illustrating the products are for guidance only.

Product measurements, patterns and colours are approximate and may vary.

Prices

The sale prices indicated on the website are in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal.

The prices quoted do not include postage/delivery costs, which are borne by the user and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the products selected.

Eunitecidos Lda reserves the right to change the price of the products on sale, so products will be invoiced at the price in force on the day the order is placed.

Although Eunitecidos Lda endeavours to ensure that all prices indicated on the website are correct, errors may occur.

If you place an order for a product whose price is incorrect, you will be informed immediately and if you agree we will correct it. If you do not agree with the price correction, you can choose to cancel the order or just the product in question.

Ordering

To place an order, the user must register and create an account on the site, providing the information requested.

Each registered user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for controlling third party access to them.

In this sense, the user assumes full responsibility for all actions carried out through their account and/or using their password.

To place an order, the user must:

  • Select the products you want to buy and add them to the "shopping basket".
  • Complete the purchase by following the steps indicated to you during the "Make Payment" process:
    a) access the "shopping basket", check and confirm its contents;
    b) indicate and/or verify the elements indispensable for processing and dispatching the order;
    c) indicate the method of payment;
    d) confirm and finalise the order.

Only orders in which all the mandatory information elements have been correctly filled in will be considered.

The website will send the user confirmation of receipt of the order by automatic email. If the order is accepted, the user will receive a new email informing them of the dispatch of the order and the details relating to it.

Each order received will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.

Eunitecidos Lda reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel any order and undertakes to inform the user and refund the amount paid within a maximum of 30 days.

In the event that the product ordered is unavailable, Eunitecidos undertakes to inform the user and refund them within a maximum of 30 days or exchange the product for another according to the user's wishes.

Payments

On the eunitecidos.pt website, Eunitecidos Lda offers the following payment methods:

  • Multibanco reference
  • Mbway
  • Paypal
  • Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Maestro, MasterCard

Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 7 days.

Multibanco reference

After confirming your order, the website will send you an entity, a reference number and the amount of your order, which you can settle at any ATM or Homebanking.

Payments via Multibanco do not require proof of payment.

Mbway

After confirming your order, the site will immediately send a payment request to your mobile phone for the amount of your order, which you will have to accept via the MBway application in order to complete the payment.

Payments via MBway do not require proof of payment.

Paypal

Once your payment has been made, we will be informed that it has been successful and your order will move to "In process" status.

To take advantage of this option, you must have a PayPal account. If you don't already have one, a quick way to create an account and make a payment is available at https://www.paypal.com/.

Payments made via PayPal do not require a receipt.

Credit Card

Payment by credit card is processed by the PayPal website. No PayPal account required.

Payments made by credit card do not require a receipt.

Product dispatch and delivery

Eunitecidos Lda delivers products to:

  • Portugal (Mainland and Islands)
  • Other countries (Validate valid destinations at the time of purchase or via the contacts on the website)

The User will be informed by e-mail when the ordered products are dispatched/shipped, and will be able to consult the product's dispatch code in their account, as well as receiving information about the dispatch from the carrier.

Orders are dispatched and received within 24h/48h for Portugal, except for exceptions that are not the responsibility of Eunitecidos Lda.

Orders are dispatched and received within 10 days to other countries, with exceptions that are not the responsibility of Eunitecidos Lda.

The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated on the order by the User or, if not, to the billing address.

If, for any reason, it is not possible for Eunitecidos Lda to deliver on the scheduled date, the User will be informed and given the option of keeping the order by extending the delivery time or cancelling it with a full refund.

If delivery is not possible for any reason, namely because the User is not available to collect the order, a notice will be left with information on the location of the order and how to proceed to collect it.

If, despite what is stated in the previous paragraph, delivery is still impossible due to the User's inability to receive it, the order will be returned to Eunitecidos Lda, which will reimburse the customer for the amount paid, after deducting the cost of transporting and returning the order.

Exchanges and returns

Users may return items with manufacturing defects, in which case they will be reimbursed for the full value of the items and their shipping costs.

Only items in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition will be accepted.

Items returned other than for manufacturing defects will be charged for delivery and return postage, with subsequent reimbursement made in agreement with the customer.

The deadline for exchanges and returns is 14 days, and you must check these upon delivery.

Guarantees

Eunitecidos Lda guarantees the authenticity of the products it sells, as well as their compliance with the law.

Responsibility

Eunitecidos Lda, is only responsible for the information given to the User through its website and not for publicising third parties of our products.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

All purchases made under this contract are subject to applicable Portuguese law. Any conflict or divergence that may arise from the interpretation, application or fulfilment of this contract shall be submitted to the Judicial Court of the District of Faro, the parties expressly waiving any other.

Alternative dispute resolution is the possibility that all consumers have at their disposal to turn to official organisations to help them resolve or steer a conflict.
